Long Beach Central Area Association produce annual JUNETEENTH WorldWide Concert at Terrace Theater/Long Beach Perorming Arts Center. JUNETEENTH is the oldest celebration in the nation commemorating the ending of slavery. In additon to celebration of a historical event, each year we present collateral events to heighten awareness of a current human right issues. The 2011 issue is FAIR TRADE. We will screen the PBS documentary BLACK GOLD and would like to organize a panel discussion and coffe tasting and will appreciate speaking with Long Beach Fair Trade.
